University of Puget Sound Flute Studio
The flute studio at the University of Puget Sound is a welcoming community where students develop their musical voices through thoughtful practice, creative exploration, and shared music-making. Led by Professor of Flute Tracy Doyle, the studio emphasizes a strong technical foundation, expressive playing, and curiosity about a wide range of repertoire. Individual lessons and studio classes provide opportunities to build confidence, learn from one another, and explore the connections among technique, interpretation, and imagination. Within Puget Sound’s liberal arts environment, students are encouraged to bring their varied interests and experiences to their growth as musicians.
